Acrobat is the only application I use that requires that I go to the
"Page Setup" menu and set the page size instead of making it possible to
do that from the print menu.

Without going into details, PDF's are produced from (uhh-umm) postscript

files, need I go further...
And, Yes, word doc files are pretty much crap for our industry but it is a
damn good word processor but NOT a typesetting program.
Hey, think of it this way, IF all the copy and and artwork presented to us
was ready to rock and roll - we wouldn't have a job - or at least our hours
would be cut back!
