I often head back to google groups when I have a query but think that a subject such as Print/Design/Prepress etc there's potential for a more comprehensive Forum. I use Creo alot and I use Adobe's own forum for typo problems - it would be nice to have one place which is pretty much a 'one-stop- shop'. I've been using AV Forum for the last 6 months (for my sad gadgets!) and it blows away any google group. Very impressive. Check out AVForums website and tell me that wouldn't work for our industry. Different sections for Prepress - Design - Print, sub- categories for Apps - Equipment. Jobs - networking between finishers - design houses etc etc the possibilities are endless. If its already up and running - apologies for my ignorance. doh! I'd rather help run a successful website from home than come into work everyday and trouble shoot artwork supplied on disk GRRRR! Must admit though I do love the Designer V's Prepress V's Printer google group threads that have never diminished in popularity over the years.
